I returned an item to ezbuy.sg and the return process itself was straightforward, so no big issue there. What annoyed me was how long the refund took, and support wasn’t exactly quick to reply either. I also had to keep verifying details again and again, which got frustrating after a while. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but they really need to make the refund and verification process smoother.

I was disappointed with this. It looked kind of cheap right out of the package, and after only a few days it already broke. I’m not saying they’re cutting corners, but it definitely felt like quality wasn’t much of a priority here. I wouldn’t buy from this place again.

I usually use ezbuy.sg when I’m buying small things from overseas, especially stuff that’s hard to find locally. Umm, the shipping cost is generally okay to me, not the cheapest ever, but still reasonable compared to some other options I’ve tried.
That said, you do need to check the charges properly before paying. If the items are bulky or end up split into different orders, the total can go up quite a bit. I only really noticed that after one order, so yeah, lesson learned lol.
Overall, I’m still quite happy using it. Delivery has been fine so far, and the fees are clear enough for me to understand. It’s not perfect, but for what I usually buy, it works well enough.
