"Shipped me the wrong item"
Shipped me the wrong item, can ask for photo in 1 email, then order number then proof in 2 separate emails. Then take about 1.5 weeks later to reply only after i chase them then theyccome back n say they wont take responsibility for the wrong item. 2kg for a tshirt, then they shipped me a doll. What a joke of a company.

"Double standard. Inconsistent."
Bought same toy from taobao that already shipped before. But this time they mentioned it against the policy.
Had chat with their staff but they unable to explain and keep rejecting. The same toys are being sold in ezbuy website, their own website. Their staff unable to answer. Ask to chat with customer service, and already tried 3 times to connect with Cs but after waited 30min chat ended. Lucky the fourth time able to chat. Cs said because they have license to ship it. I ask what kind of license, they unable to explain at the end they said will take down their listing, but never takedown untill now. Scam shipping company!!

"i ordered 10 sets of Steam deck game…"
i ordered 10 sets of Steam deck game consoles, worth 649 USD for each set. It was shown it had been delivered to the USA forwarding warehouse on the 17th of Nov. However, it is not updated until now; it only shows that 3 sets have been received. I called several times they said another company signed it, all different company names; I double-checked my address. Finally, I put in; it was exactly what they had given. I was very frustrated, and in the meanwhile, I discovered from an Sg steam deck group they were having the same issue; seven people in that group lost their parcel, and they were also using the address that Ezbuy that is providing. We suspect the package was purposely signed with the wrong name by Ezbuy warehouse staff and sold to eBay for profit.

"Ezbuy don't respect customers at all. They gave lots of excuses to cover up their MISTAKES!"
This ecommerce is the worst of the worst. They don't treat their customers with respect. They have made alot of stupid mistakes throughout my experience of buying, and they expect us customers to forgive them and let go of their mistakes easily and treated like its our fault. They think they are king and customers are stupid ATM. A lot of times, they just give you stupid excuses just to cover up their mistakes, then they let you know that its YOUR fault, NOT their mistakes at all. And then, you customer have to do extra steps just because of their stupid mistakes! Think twice before signing up to this site!

"A good experience overall"
I came here initially wanting to write a bad review for Ezbuy's extremely slow delivery but I scrolled through tons of negative reviews seemingly worse than my experience. I was angered by a recent purchase of mine taking close to a month to arrive, a week longer than their stated ETA. I have been a huge user of Ezbuy's shipforme and buyforme service for years, since they started 65daigou. Over the years, I witnessed their delivery fees getting pricier, and their shipping ETA getting longer and longer. Even though their shipping fees increased, I stayed because I was used to their platform. My friend had already switched to another service provider.

I'm not too sure what hit me but I was reminded of how Ezbuy used to be the best service provider for purchasing from Taobao. For this, I'm grateful for Ezbuy. I mean, back when Taobao was not very accessible to foreign buyers, Ezbuy was a lifesaver. They have also resolved and refunded items that was not received by me. So thank you Ezbuy for shipping countless parcels for me, making it extremely affordable for us and still maintaining good service.

Still, would like to say, I will be moving on to another shipping provider whose delivery is cheaper and yet has a shorter lead time. I might return to Ezbuy if the new shipping provider has a bad service.

"Really Poor Service from EzBuy…"
Really Poor Service from EzBuy Singapore. I was recommended by my friend in 2021 to try out EzBuy Singapore's services for Daigou (to help purchase on our behalf from Taobao merchants). At first it was still ok using EzShop service and items from Taobao arrived within 3 weeks from China by Ocean freight. By December 2021, this EzShop service was abruptly stopped. Yet I continued to support EzBuy Services by using EzShip, buying directly from Taobao and ship into Singapore using EzBuy. Recently since May 2022, EzBuy's service standard has dropped alot and service attitude is really bad, Now this is the last straw. Items takes more than 1 month to arrive from EzShip. The notification received will be there is a delay in Customs clearance. Items from Taobao now takes more than 1 month to arrive. I even have to fork out Extra SGD$3.00 -5.00 for delivery to my doorstep. And now as of July 25th 2022, EzBuy has even delivered a wrong item to me while my parcel is been missing till now. Written email 3 times and contacted their LIVE Chat, where NOBODY replies from EzBuy. Really frustrated with this Horrendous Poor Service Attitude and Irresponsible Customer Service attitude when emails sent to EzBuy Customer service, there is completely no reply. Now my Missing Parcel is still unaccounted for. This is the last straw and from now I'll change to other service providers. Since EzBuy does not seems to want any accountability, they shall lose their valued customers.

"The pathetic quality of products."
The worst and pathetic quality of product I could have ever asked for. I waited for too long and got my parcel which I was expecting was to be good quality bags but what I got were bags in pathetic quality and a veryyy small size one could have asked for . Will not and never recommend ezbuy. U can get good quality and Less in price products from ur own local market.sorry but ezbuy I'm literally dissapointed.

"Long waiting time."
Unable to call in the hotline now, only to find out that the hotline has stopped its operations. I used to wait 30 minutes for an agent to answer the call, it can go up to 45 minutes to an hour during peak hours around 12pm to 2pm so I usually go to live chat or write an email instead even though the waiting time is around the same.

Now, the waiting time for their live chat is unacceptable as well. very upset with the service ezbuy is giving.

"Missed 1 out of 8 cartons in 23/12/2021 sea shipment"
So for those out there who wants to ship goods through ezbuy, my advice is please stop doing that! They are a bunch of talk only and never really wanted to help you as a customer to resolve issues that you face! Please read my story:-
I ordered a sofa set from Taobao and sent to ezbuy Shanghai on 23/12/21 for sea shipment to Singapore! Parcels were received by Ezbuy Shanghai and updated in their system a total of 7 parcels and ask me to pay freights charge and gst through the ezbuy apps! All done and to ensure the shipment parcels are correct, I got back to seller to confirm if they are 7parcels and the seller confirmed yes, 7 parcels! I got all the 7 parcels on 12/1/22 and happily assembled the wooden sofa but alas, there is something missing, the rubber cushion seats and seat covers is left out! Hurriedly, I communicate to seller and they finally told me a total of 8 parcels were shipped to Ezbuy Shanghai and they contacted the person ic in Shanghai and the later started to send the parcel of cushion to me on 12/1/21! My hope of having a new sofa for 2022 CNY was shattered with out the cushion!
I tried at least 4 times direct live chart with Ezbuy Khaixuan, Tiffany and others on charging me the extra shipment cost and the delayed of parcel caused by their receiving end and wanted to speak to their mgr Allan for an explanation to no avail even though CSR promised the Allan will return my call after several "promises".
From the charts with ezbuy CSRs, the Allan seems to "ellah" the issues raises by customer like me and never returned a call or email!
So for those out there who wants to ship goods through ezbuy, my advice is please stop doing that! They are a bunch of talk only and never really wanted to help you as a customer to resolve issues that you face! Again stop using ezbuy if you are currently wanting to ship any thing from overseas!

"There is more than meets the eye"
Be careful with your money (in using LightInTheBox's services and its MLM memebership scheme) and investment (https://www.nyse.com/quote/XNYS:LITB). Stay away from LightInTheBox! It is an elaborate scam! Though listed on US NYSE https://www.nyse.com/quote/XNYS:LITB, it is based in China. And run by PRC nationals. Given the current geopolitical situation against the backdrop of China (internally with Chairman Xi's target- recall Alibaba, Tencent) and (externally US sanctions against China and 2022 mid term Congress (Senate and House) elections are round the corner, any transactions via LightInTheBox will end up in your money being gone with the wind! And the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has been alerted that there are problems with the accounts, viz consolidated accounts. Look at the audit by its "auditor". See who the auditor is, the supposedly at arm's length audit committee; and the audit statement issued. If you follow the money, LightInTheBox is a fresh front (incorporated a LIMITED liability company) for Ezbuy (ezbuy.sg based in Singapore but it has operations (failing) in other countries besides Singapore, eg Malaysia, Taiwan, Pakistan) via a so-called M&A acquisition move. Technically, Ezbuy is acquired by LightInTheBox; however the CEO and senior management of Ezbuy (who are PRC too) became the senior management of LightInTheBox! These are the people who run Ezbuy to the ground- plagued with consistently and deteriorating financial performance. Ezbuy failed in being listed in Singapore SES and failed to be incorporated as a limited liability entity. Ezbuy (a Taobao agent) is exiting the market surreptitiously while in the meantime, fleecing and milking customers. Check out Facebook groups, Reddit groups, etc on how customers have their money scammed. It has gradually removed her PRIME membership programme, removed her Ezshop (Buy For Me) service, making Ezbuy an empty shell. Customer service (no more phone in customer service, only emails and chats) are manned ONLY by part time staff (based in other countries but worked for Ezbuy Singapore). In fact, in terms of manpower hiring, payroll, etc, it is under investigation by the local authorities Ministry of Manpower for violating foreign manpower and even local staff hiring. If you go to Chinese websites, you will find out that LightInTheBox has a run in with the Chinese authorities too after it has been reported to the 中央纪委监察部. So be careful with if you want to use services of LightInTheBox (inc www.miniinthebox.com and aforementioned ezbuy.sg) or invest in her shares! (For consumers, you can now buy directly from Taobao itself using VISA/MASTERCARD even if you do not have Allipay; or through the English-based Aliexpress). For investors, please take note of the imminent collapse. In fact:

"AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR EXPENSIVE PARCELS."
Ordered 2 pieces of sportswear more than a month ago to forward from USA to SG.
ETA is 13 Jan. Contacted them on 17 Jan regarding the status of my order since I still have not received it and they said MY PARCEL IS STILL HELD UP IN US CUSTOMS.

AFTER ONE MONTH, PARCEL STILL IN CUSTOMS? Not even in Singapore. In USA. Seriously. They expect me to believe that. I am not surprised if they lost my parcel and are just giving me some dumb excuse to cover up. And this parcel was close to 200$ btw, not cheap disposable stuff.

Stay away from ezbuy's ridiculous service unless you want them to lose your precious parcels.

"Poor customer response"
Poor customer response. Bought furniture recently, and paid the air freight. Suppose to get it in a week but no sign of goods. Next thing I know they sent a box of don’t know what to the collection point in China and ask if it was our order. Don’t trust them already asked for refund they said I must pay for that rubbish to send to the collection point. But from them at ur own risk!

"Horrible experience"
Horrible experience. My parcel supposed to be delivered in 7 days as I paid air freight fee, and in their system shows ETA is Sep23, but it was delayed to 27 then 30 then Oct 3 I was told the parcel is lost, it is direct flight from Shanghai to Singapore, I don't know how that happened, and the customer service reply is slow and never resolved an issue for me

"Generally good, but lately get too expensive for airmail"
Most reviews here are negative. People just need to find a place to vent when thing goes wrong, I have no doubt about their bad experiences. But people don't come and write when things are right. I am here to complain about the recent price increases for their airmail. Taobao direct mail is cheaper and faster. But generally ezship has been giving me very good value service for many years. I do have problem with them, but most are resolved well. Some weighing may be on the high side, but I take them as support to them as they do fill a big gap that taobao direct shipping cannot do.

"Really disappointed with them"
Really disappointed with them. My ezShop ordered item did not come together the 1st time, it means the checking and repackaging process is not always rightfully. after complain the 2nd time they ship the item with all packaging removed, so my phone case spoilt... what the????
